Job Description:

As a People Partnerships Associate, you’ll work closely with the People Partnerships team to support EA’s managers and employees in creating and implementing HR strategies that elevate the employee experience and align with EA’s business goals. From talent development and coaching to employee engagement initiatives and workforce planning, you'll be at the heart of shaping a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR programs and best practices.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and COEs to deliver effective talent strategies.
  • Support performance management, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Guide managers with feedback and coaching to strengthen team performance and culture.
  • Assist in analyzing survey feedback and develop actionable engagement plans.
  • Use HRIS tools and reporting to provide critical data and insights to leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and support in employee relations cases.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive learning, development, and change management initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Strong working knowledge in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and L&D
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the gaming or entertainment industry
  • Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and workforce analytics
